George Quaye, Public Relations officer at Charter House, organisers of Vodafone Ghana Music Awards says nobody can buy a particular awards from the organisers.

Speaking on J.life Fm Chart Show, an entertainment show that’s aired on Sunyani based christian radio station J.life Fm 95.5MHz hosted by Felix Adjei (Mr. Lattus), he disclosed that “The process of selecting an award winner is very very clear and one can grab an award only if he/she gets greater percentage of votes from three (3) steps instituted by Charter House.”

According to George, the three (3) steps includes Academy boost, Board boost and Public boost.
“One needs to win from at least two out of the three boosts before he/she can be emerged as a winner.”

He stressed that “Nobody in Charter House will collect a bribe from an artist and give out an award in return, that will never happen.”

He challenged anyone who have proofs that Charter House exchange the awards for cash to come out and proof it to the public.
