but success doesn’t come easy. Especially when you have no one guiding you and
your dreams, based on that Media 360 Connect took it upon themselves to guide
musicians in Sunyani in a workshop.
The Workshop organized by Media 360 Connect happened on the 3rd floor of the SSNIT
building Sunyani, at 10am. The one day musical workshop for artist in Sunyani ,
aimed at impacting knowledge in to young musicians in the circular and gospel
industry ,too flight with Ike Frimpong , a renowned radio presenter at
Sunyani’s authentic Sky 96.7 FM educating patrons on the production of
songs they present to radio presenter for airplay.
However, other speakers in the field of blogging, artist management and a music
director came to back Ike Frimpong’s points and also briefed the house, on the
need of discipline, branding, training etc…as an artist or musician.
The workshop which exceeded its time duration was one of the best organized
musical workshops in Sunyani, as event organizers, gospel and circular
musicians sat down with no pressure to leave but ready to feed.
In an exclusive interview with Sunyani’s very own and one of Ghana’s best high
life performers, Dada Thick, he said”I have never received such
information about music before,” he went on commending the
organizers of the workshop Media 360 connect for educating him .
Organizers impressed with the turnout of events, promises to host a 2nd Edition,
of what the term as a successful musical workshop.
