For the second year running, Entertainment Extra on Storm Fm hosted by DJ Murphy Lee has been crowned as the Best Entertainment Show in the Brong Ahafo Region by Foklex Media Productions (organizers of Foklex Media Awards.)
After winning from the same category last year, Entertainment Extra was able to maintain its bragging rights as the Best Entertainment Show in the Brong Ahafo Region at the 2016/2017 Foklex Media Awards which took place at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Kumasi on yesterday (April 2, 2017.)
Nana Kwasi Boateng Murphy popularly known as DJ Murphy Lee who also won the Best Mid-Morning Show Host in the Brong Ahafo Region said he is dedicating the award to his late father.
“I am sad that my father did not live to see this day, he was very happy when I won this same award last year. This year…it is two awards and I do not know how the feeling may be if he is alive, but it is God who knows what is best.
“In this regard, I am dedicating these awards to my father.”
DJ Murphy Lee sadly lost his father, Nana Yaw Aduse-Poku on May 4, 2016.
