‘I Was Immensely Touched’ – Daddy Lumba Says After Stormzy Paid Tribute To Him At The Global Citizen Festival

Ghanaian musician, Daddy Lumba, has appreciated what Stormzy did for him at the Global Citizen Festival.

Stormzy, a British-Ghanaian rapper, paid tribute to Daddy Lumba at the just-ended Global Citizen Festival in Accra, Ghana, on Saturday, September 24, 2022.

He was seen wearing a T-Shirt with images of the celebrated Ghanaian musician.

The ‘Own It’ composer divulged he listened to the songs of Lumba at a younger age.

Reacting to his gesture, Daddy Lumba in a post-Newshuntermag.com came across said he was touched.

He thanked Stormzy for showing massive to him publicly.

The veteran Ghanaian musician wrote: “I was immensely touched by Stormzy’s homage to me last night at the Global Citizen Festival. I would like to take this opportunity to share my gratitude and appreciation for the public display of love.
