It was level pegging in a friendly encounter between Nsoatreman FC and Nea Salamina FC at the Coronation Park in Sunyani on Sunday.

Nsoatreman FC came from behind to hold the Wamanafo-based Football Club to a 2-2 draw game after they took the lead in the 51st Minute of play, through Zakari Mumuni.

Nea Salamina FC who adopted pressing tactics equalized on the 60th-minute mark through a penalty kick after the ball hit the hand of their opponents’ defender in the eighteen-yard box.

In the 64th minute, Nsoatreman FC’s Zakari Mumuni was sent off by the referee following a second bookable offence.

Dominant Nea Salamina got their second goal when they planted the ball into the goal post of their rivals after 65 minutes of action.

Turning the fortunes of the game around, Nsoatreman FC who were playing ten against eleven cancelled the lead of their counterparts after Kato Iddrisu shot the ball past the goalkeeper on the 77th-minute mark.

The Head Coach of Nsoatreman FC, Abu Abdul Hannan after 90 minutes of soccer fiesta told the News Hunter Magazine that they will go back and work hard in order to achieve the needed results in their next matches.

Both teams are preparing towards the start of the Division One Zone 1 league season in Ghana.
