Veteran Ghanaian actor, Kuntu Blankson, has taken his own life.
Report says he committed suicide in the wee hours of Thursday, July 12, 2018, at his Brafoyaw residence in the Cape Coast Metropolis.
He was featured in the popular Television series ‘Akan drama’.
“The family said they are shocked about the development as he neither complained of any problem nor showed signs of worry.
“He is said to have been up in the morning with the family thinking that he was embarking on his usual jogging exercise only for him to be found dead wearing the tracksuit he wears for jogging exercise.
“Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department of the police service have since arrived at the scene to carry out further investigation and convey the body to the morgue for autopsy,” Starrfmonline.com reported.
The late Kuntu who is in his late 60’s is survived by a wife and three children.
