Yaw Sarpong Discloses His Readiness To Compose Songs For Political Parties

Veteran Ghanaian gospel musician, Yaw Sarpong, has disclosed his readiness to compose songs for political parties in the country.

He said music is business so he will do it and take his money.

“Music is my work and I need money as well so I will do it, take the money and offer some to God,” he revealed in an interview with Sikka FM’s Tony Montana.

“I will do it with my band, therefore, any amount that will be sufficient for the operational cost of the band group is oK,” Yaw Sarpong added.

However, Yaw Sarpong stated that he is not a member of any political party.

“For politics, I have no affiliation because politicians are some kind of people who can easily mess up your music career with their utterances. Today one will say this and the next day the other will say something else,” he stressed.
