Ghanaian musician, Samini has reacted to a statement issued by the University of Ghana following his issue with the Security Guard.

A few days ago, Samini was unhappy after a Security Guard denied him entry to the Legon campus.

He claimed he was not having a pass because he switched his car.

The musician was heavily chastised after he shared the video online. Later, he apologized.

On the back of this, the University of Ghana stressed in a statement that without the UG electronic card (e-card), vehicles will not be allowed to enter through certain gates.

The statement added that the e-card cannot be transferred.

Responding to this in a post seen by Newshuntermag.com, Samini said it is needful for people to accept their mistakes.

He further thanked everyone for their comments.

Samini wrote: “The only way we can grow as a people is to admit our faults and do the right thing when given a chance. Like a normal human being anger got the best of me and I flipped. Thanks @UnivofGh for enlightening the general public once again about the rules at your gates #nocardnoentry 🙏🏾.”
