Hammer Reveals Why He Made Some ‘Big Artistes’ In Ghana Kneel Down

Renowned sound engineer and music producer, Hammer, has revealed why he made some musicians in Ghana who are now popular kneel down.

Hammer said his motive was to instil discipline in them.

“It was a boot camp in the studio premises. You can come to the studios to see artistes kneel down in the studios with their hands up for fighting,” he said in an interview with George Quaye on Showbiz A-Z on Joy FM.

Hammer, known in private life as Edward Nana Poku Osei, confidently stated that his style of training his artistes helped them to strive for success.

“When my boys get somewhere they feel invincible. What can you do? The way I have drilled them there is nothing that you can do that they haven’t faced,” he added.

On why he did not work with female artistes, Hammer said the environment was not suitable for them.
