Surrounding the controversy of who
the right own to the song “Aseda” belongs to for a while now cause a steer in
the Ghanaian music industry between UK based artist Charsay and Ghana’s Ossey
hit maker Nero X.
Charsay musician / artist based in UK speaking in an interview with
Ike Frimpong on Sky Fm’s Loud In Gh last Saturday spoke about his current
issues with Nero X of Ossey hit single.

He disclosed in the interview that; “the perception of Nero X owning the
song “ASEDA” is wrong and that he is the right owner of the hit tune and added
he feature Nero X”.

He stated clearly his management
team got in touch with Nero X about it before and ask the Ossey hit maker not
perform the song during shows to avoid more complication but it went on for a
while, however his management and that of Nero X met and the issue have being
solved and he is yet to shoot a video to that effect.
Charsay the UK based artist spoke of
currently working with some renowned Ghanaian artist such Obrafour, Gasmilla,
Bisa kadie, Yaa Pono, Shilo and shot a video for his single titled ‘Charsay’.
The artist who mission to Ghana last year was to find out how his fans are
taking is genre of music and his art said “he is over whelmed at the way
Ghanaians and his fans as received him and is going to stay Ghana for a while”.
He spoke of dropping a new single
which is a love song In July ahead of the realize of the one he as with
Obrafour Ghana rap sufo) and then the other works with Gasmilla, Yaa Pono and
Shilo will follow suit. And made mentioning of shooting a video for his
“Fab3bom” single which he featured Nero X.
The musician thanked his fans in
Sunyani and asks that they continue to support his music.
