After reports about him walking off the stage at the 2021 4Styte TV Music Video Awards, Medikal has explained why that happened.
The popular Ghanaian rapper, known in private life as Samuel Adu Frimpong said in a recent interview that he wasn’t vex mad.
In the interview that Newshuntermag.com has seen, the ‘Omo Ada’ composer stated that he cannot disrespect 4Syte TV.
“The plan was after we are done with that song, we are all supposed to leave the stage…and I was done with my verse.
“Kuami Eugene was up next to perform with Keche and I think they were over-excited…so they wanted to go through till the song was done…but people got the wrong impression,” he said.
Medikal further: “I can’t disrespect 4styte TV. If there was any sign of disrespect I wouldn’t have sat to enjoy the show.”
