Kelvyn Boy Granted GHS 200,000 Bail After Assault Charge

Ghanaian musician, Kelvin Brown, known in showbiz as Kelvyn Boy, has been granted bail.

He was charged for allegedly assaulting the mother of kids.

The ‘MoMo’ composer was reportedly remanded over the incident on Tuesday.

According to the latest report seen by Newshuntermag.com, Kelvyn Boy has been granted GHS 200,000 bail with two sureties by the Adenta Circuit Court.

The complainant, Deborah Kponyi, claimed Kelvyn stamped on his ribs and hit her with an iron rod when she requested money to take care of their sick daughter.

Kelvyn Boy pleaded not guilty.

Following a bail appreciation by his lawyers, the case has therefore been adjourned to Friday, March 18, 2022.
