It Was A Painful Episode – Ofori Amponsah Speaks About How His Songs Were Credited To Daddy Lumba

Ofori Amponsah has spoken about how his songs were credited to Daddy Lumba.

After writing the songs on the ‘Wo Ho Kyere’ album, Ofori claimed Daddy Lumba was given credit as the owner.

He seemed pained about the issue that happened in 1999.

Ofori Amponsah revealed he was 18 years when he wrote the songs.

After the artwork and songs, recorded in Germany were ready, it showed Daddy Lumba as the owner.

“I don’t actually know but that was one of my episodes in my life. I can say that it was a painful episode because it wasn’t supposed to be Daddy Lumba featuring Ofori Amponsah, it was supposed to be Ofori Amponsah ft. Daddy Lumba,” Ofori Amponsah said on TV XYZ.

He added that he wants the truth to be known—and not to denigrate Daddy Lumba.
