I Am A Child Of God; I Went To Bible School – Efya Replies Those Who Criticised Her After Doing A Song With A Gospel Artiste

Ghanaian singer, Efya, has replied to her critics.

She was not spared after she did a song with a Gospel artiste some years ago.

The ‘One of Your Own’ singer expressed her disappointment in those who criticised during an interview with Berla Mundi on TV3’s The Day Show.

She stated that she is a child of God and has been to Bible school.

“I did a song with the gospel artist, and they came at me and her, asking why she would collaborate with a secular artist like me. This is what I’m talking about.

“What’s that about? Can I not do gospel music? Are we serious? I am a Child of God. What are you saying? I have the power in me. I went to Bible School. You can’t know Bible more than me,” Efya said.

The Ghanaian singer was unhappy about how some people see secular artistes as the devil.

She wishes her critics would acknowledge her achievements instead of focusing on the negative.
