UTV’s United Showbiz has put smiles on the face of veteran actor, Kwaku Twumasi.
On Saturday, July 16, 2022, the host of the program, Nana Ama McBrown led the team to donate GHS 10,000 to Mr Twumasi.
The donation also included Hisense 65 inches television and a 4-door refrigerator.
Nana Ama McBrow clarified that the TV set and refrigerator were from one of their sponsors [Hisense] while the money was sanctioned by the managing director of Despite Media, Fadda Dickson.
She stated that the legendary actor, Kwaku Twumasi, deserves to be celebrated for his good works done in the Ghanaian movie industry.
After receiving the donation, Mr Twumasi thanked the TV station, sponsors and the team for remembering him.
He disclosed that he is an avid viewer of United Showbiz.
