Ghanaian Gospel Musician Exposes His Colleagues Who Were Drinking Alcohol Before Performing

Ghanaian Gospel musician, Edward Akwasi Boateng, has exposed Gospel musicians who were drinking alcohol before performing.

Speaking in an interview with Kwaku Manu, the ‘Adea Mepe’ singer alleged that some Ghanaian Gospel musicians used to drink alcohol some years ago.

Before their performance at events, he claimed they drink alcohol before taking the microphones to perform.

He said their deeds were not known to the public because there were no smartphones or social media.

If it is to be today, Akwasi Boateng stated that someone would have recorded them and post on social media.

He mentioned Professor Kofi Abraham and Yaw Sarpong as some of these Gospel musicians who were drinking alcohol in past.

The popular accordion master also revealed that Yaw Sarpong even married his backing singer.
