Ghanaian musician, Kwaisey Pee, has averred the negative effect that religion is having on Africa.
He asserted in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM that religion is destroying Africa.
The highlife musician spoke about the time that some Ghanaians spend in church.
According to him, there is a church close to his residence, that worships from morning to evening.
To him, it is madness for people to spend the whole day in church.
Kwaisey Pee argued that the whites who introduced religion to blacks are no more spending more time in church.
He questioned who will be paying their bills if they waste all their time in church.
Pee indicated that he fasts and prays, but he won’t waste more time in church.
He added that some women will even obey and follow the instructions of their pastors not to have s€x with their husbands if they are told so.
The Ghanaian musician said this when he was promoting his new song titled ‘Ayele’.
