American singer and songwriter, Lisa Marie Presley, has passed on.
She died at the age of 54.
Lisa reportedly died on January 12, 2023, following a medical emergency.
She was the daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley.
Priscilla Presley confirmed the sad news in a statement:
“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us. She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment.”
Earlier, Lisa’s mother talked about her daughter’s medical emergency in a Facebook post and asked for prayers.
“My beloved daughter Lisa Marie was rushed to the hospital,” she said. “We feel the prayers from around the world, and ask for privacy during this time.”
Lisa Marie Presley released her debut pop rock, “To Whom It May Concern” in 2003. Throughout her career, she released three (3) albums.
In May 2012, Lisa released her final album “Storm & Grace”.
