Marie-Claire Rupio, the wife of deceased Ghanaian footballer, Christian Atsu, couldn’t read a tribute at his funeral.
The funeral of Atsu is being held at the forecourt of the State House in Accra today, March 17, 2023.
Sadly, the wife of Christian Atsu could not read a tribute penned for her late husband.
Marie-Claire Rupio broke down in tears when she started reading the tribute in a video sighted by Newshuntermag.com.
The late Ghanaian footballer was laid to rest in his hometown, Dogobome.
Christian Atsu and Marie-Claire had three children, two sons and a daughter before he died.
Atsu passed on in Turkey following an earthquake.
