The learners of Seli’s Memorial School Complex in Sunyani have observed Farmer’s Day with the aim of impacting the Agricultural spirit in future generations.
The event, which was organized for the 2nd time, attracted eminent personalities including politicians, parents, traditional and opinion leaders and some tourists.
A mini float was organized on the principal street of Sunyani to create awareness to the general public that, farming or agriculture is not a bad profession but a very lucrative and beneficial one.
Learners in their farmer’s dress displayed food crops to define each region in Ghana.
