Josephine said she plotted her pregnancy after she got a miscarriage four months into her real pregnancy.
Finding it difficult to inform her husband about it, she reportedly bought a silicon belly to outwit her husband and others who knew about her initial pregnancy.
When the nine months was due, she then faked the kidnapping and flamed the story that she has lost the baby to her kidnappers who were money ritualists.
Josephine Panyin Mensah has been detained following her confession.
