Despite the pressure mounted on the Angolans, the Ghanaian side couldn’t find the net after 90 minutes of play.
Six (6) extra minutes were added.
Late into the extra time, Antoine Semenyo grabbed a goal for Ghana.
He scored in the 90+6 minutes of the game.
The Black Stars of Ghana were ahead of Angola in ball possession and attempts at goal.
Ghana is now on top of Group E of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers with seven points.
Angola will host Ghana at home on Monday, March 27, 2023.
