Popular Ghanaian Gospel musician, Obaapa Christy, is ready to work with Shatta Wale.
Speaking in an interview on UTV’s United Showbiz program monitored by Newshuntermag.com, the ‘Ma Enye Yie’ singer said she would accept to collaborate with Wale.
Obaapa declared her readiness to work with the Shatta Movement leader if he reaches out to her.
The revered Gospel musician stated that the famous Ghanaian dancehall/reggae artiste is also a child of God.
She made this statement while explaining what a Gospel song is.
Obaapa Christy was unhappy about the condemnation from Christians when Gospel artistes feature the secular ones.
She asserted that a song becomes Gospel when God’s name is mentioned in it.
Instead of saying secular songs, Obaapa thinks most of these songs are sensible.
