Ghanaian musician, King Promise, has finally reacted to the rumours that he was dating GHOne TV’s Serwaa Amihere.
He opened up on his relationship with Amihere when speaking in a new interview with Delay.
Promise explained that he and Serwaa Amihere are very close friends.
However, they have never been in an amorous relationship.
“She’s a very good friend of mine. She’s a beautiful lady, I’ve known her for a while now. I’m not going to act like I don’t know her, I do know her and we’re close. It is what it is.
“Anyone can choose to think what they want to think. I don’t owe anyone anything when it comes to… I feel like as an artist you can say that I can’t say that because I’m for the people but at the end of the day also everyone deserves some sort of privacy,” he stated.
The ‘Selfish’ composer also revealed that he has a girlfriend.
King Promise further stated that he won’t show off his girlfriend in the public domain for now.
“Eventually, not now though. I’m really focused on my career now. Anyone I’ve been with or I’m with does know how much I do care about them and it’s not all about the internet stuff.”
