Investor Drags Black Sherif To Court

An investor has dragged Ghanaian musician, Black Sherif to court.

Black Sherif and an investor, Shadrach Agyei Owusu have been having issues recently.

It all started after the young musician reportedly signed a contract with Empire without the notice of his management.

In a writ of summons Newshuntermag.com has seen, the investor filed an injunction against Sherif.

He wants an order of injunction to restrain Black Sherif and associates from performing at events or entering into agreements to perform at or otherwise exploit his music and image without recourse to the Plaintiff/Applicant.

The Plaintiiff is further seeking an order for the preservation of all funds that have accrued to the defendant from online streaming platforms and other revenue sources.

Additionally, he is looking forward to an order for the appointment of a receiver to receive any and all funds that may accrue to the Defendant [Black Sherif] from the use and exploitation of his music and image.
