The daughter of Ghanaian player, Andre Ayew, is recuperating after she reportedly collapsed.
The seven-year-old girl, according to reports, collapsed during Ghana and Uruguay’s match in the World Cup 2022.
Sadly, the daughter of Ayew, reportedly collapsed when he missed the penalty.
Andre Ayew’s 21st penalty kick was saved by the Uruguayan goalkeeper.
Following this, Uruguay defeated Ghana 2-0. The defeat thwarted the Black Stars’ chance of qualifying for the next stage of the tournament.
Meanwhile, Ghana needed just a point to qualify.
Ayew is said to have rushed to a hospital in Doha to check on her daughter after the match.
Speaking after the match, Andre Ayew stated: “I am very disappointed with the results. We had the opportunity to go to the next stage, I got a penalty and I missed so it is difficult to take.
