Ghana’s President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has named Justina Owusu-Banahene as the Bono Regional Minister-designate.
Madam Owusu-Banahene, who was the Sunyani Municipal Chief Executive Officer, is awaiting the approval of Parliament following her nomination by the President.
Her pending position was announced in a statement signed by Eugene Arhin, the Ag. Director of Communications at the Office of the President.
“President Akufo-Addo is that Parliament will see to the prompt approval of his nominees, so they can assist in the delivery of his mandate for his second term in office,” part of the statement sighted by Newshuntermag.com read.
