Kylie Jenner is turning 18 years on Monday–and she choose to kick start the celebration of her 18th birthday in a charitable manner by donating to kids undergoing renal dialysis at Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles on Friday.
The reality star posing with a cart filled with overflowing goody bags, Jenner wrote on Instagram, “Let the birthday celebrations begin! First stop: @childrensla.” The teen met with sick children, handing out her “care packages.”
According to Us Weekly, Kylie arrived with care packages for each of the kids, featuring Beats headphones, Barefoot Dreams blankets, kidney-friendly hard and gummy candies from Sugar Factory, and even socks designed by his brother Rob Kardashian.
Jenner also joined the kids for some arts and crafts, making friendship bracelets, and gave each child a disposable camera to snap photos of each other.
sources says the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star will throw a massive party on Aug. 16 at a beach club in Montreal, Canada as part of the celebrations.
