The wife of Ghanaian actor, Kwadwo Nkansah, widely known as Lilwin, has reportedly given birth in the USA.

Reports say Maame Serwaa, the wife of Lilwin, delivered a baby girl on Tuesday.

The popular actor had three kids wife his ex-wife, Patricia, before they separated.

Two years ago, Lilwin’s second wife, Maame Serwaa gave birth to twins.

Photos of her baby bump have been trending online after the news about the birth of their new baby broke.

This comes after the actor showed off his family some time ago.
