EYEBROW RAISED OVER PREZ’S MINISTERIAL RESHUFFLE
The CEO of Expensive I. T. Consult in Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo
Region, Mr. Agyeman Boakye Yiadom has expressed dissatisfaction about
the on-going ministerial reshuffle by His Excellency, John Dramani
Mahama's administration.
According to him, even though the constitution of the country
guarantee the provision of ministerial reshuffle , it will augur well
for the country, if it becomes mandatory for the presidents to release
performance assessment charts before proceeding to ministerial
reshuffle so that , "at least people will not be skeptical about the
process and how it's done".
Mr. Agyeman Boakye Yiadom discloses these when he was reacting to the
recent reshuffle by the NDC government on J- life FM Coffee Shop
program in Sunyani this morning. He said the president's actions show
clearly, the appointees are incompetent at their former offices but
will do well at the latter, when there's so "vast mismatch" between
the two offices.
He added that moving a deputy of gender, children and social
protection to serve as a deputy for fisheries and aquaculture also
brings to mind, the incompetence of the probing lenses of the
president.
He called the process "all sizzle and no steak" although it's still
on-going, and more changes are imminent.
The president John Dramani Mahama started a ministerial reshuffle two
weeks ago as provided by article 72(1) of the 1992 constitution.
