Ghanaian Gospel Artiste, Kwaku Sakyi Reveals How His Song Rescued Someone From Suicide

Gospel musician Kwaku Sakyi, in a heartwarming revelation, has disclosed how one of his songs served as a lifeline to a listener who had reached a point of hopelessness in his life.

Speaking in an interview with Newshuntermag.com’s Kofi Oppong Kyekyeku on Unlimited Chat with K.O.K on Top City TV, the musician recounted his conversation with an individual who had reached out to him after listening to his song, “Ese Wo” off his 2016 album dubbed “Jesus”.

The song which touches on the themes of hope, gratitude, and perseverance resonated well with this individual who had troubling thoughts of ending his life but had found consolation in the song.

“The impact of the song is what gives me the most fulfillment. The fact that someone listened to something I had made, and it saved them from self-destruction is truly inspiring”, he said.

The gospel singer added that he has been humbled by similar experiences and hopes his music continues to churn out such inspirational stories wherever they are played.

A few months ago, Kwaku Sakyi unleashed a new album titled ‘Letters From God‘.
