Ghanaian dancehall queen Kaakie has contrary to rumours that
circulated online as been banned from her church activities for her
act as a dancehall artist debunked such information calling it
falsehood. In an interview with DJ Quest of Focus FM in Kumasi hours
before her Kaakit Up Tour, Kaakie disclosed it was news to her as she
has always participated in her church activities and continues to sing
at church. Kaakie after her exploits in the Stars of the Future was
signed on to Xtra Large Music where she's been and recorded hit
singles after the other. She recently won two awards at the Ghana
Music Awards and has recently been nominated for the upcoming Channel
O Music Video Awards.
