Sick Kwaw Kese rushed to the hospital again

Embattled hiplife artiste Kwaw Kese has been rushed to the Komfo
Anokye Teaching Hospital for the second timeafter complaining about
stomach ache.
Ernest Abban, the Senior Administrative Director at the hospital's
Public Relations Unit in Kumasi confirmed this to citifmonline.com.
"He was rushed there today after he complained of stomach ache to the
prison officials yesterday. So he is currently with them but under
Police guard."
He however told citifmonline.com that the rapper is "responding to treatment."
The artiste has been charged for allegedly smoking in public, a
substance suspected to be Indian hemp.
He was arrested by the Police in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region at a
drinking spot close to the popular '+2 Pub' in Nhyiaeso.
On Tuesday a Circuit court in Kumasi denied Kwaw Kese bail for the
fourth consecutive time, which means he will spend the Christmas and
new year celebrations in jail.
The case has been adjourned to January 5, 2015.
Kwaw Kese campaigns against drugs
He has begun a massive campaign against the use of narcotic drugs by the youth.
A joint statement signed by the management of Kwaw Kese and the
Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), said Kwaw Kese remains committed to
the 'Say No To Drugs Campiagn' as is evident in his support to Prisons
and outreach programs each year."
"He challenges the youth of Ghana "to be positive, be patriotic and
to do all they can to follow their dreams," the statement further
said.
The joint statement further called on Ghanaians to desist from making
further statements that will be prejudicial in Kwaw Kese's quest for
Justice."
