T.T. Brothers Limited, distributors of alcoholic and non-alcoholic

beverages in Ghana has donated items worth GH 20,000.00 to support the

Tema SOS Village during the yuletide season.

The items included bags of rice, cooking oil, milk, soap, toffees and

assorted products of the company.

Mr. Isaac Kojo Ackon, SOS Children's Village Director who received the

items on behalf of the village, thanked the company for the gesture

and hoped other benevolent organization will emulate T.T. Brothers

Limited.

In addition to items donated, the company also organised a big buffet

party for the inmates as part of the New Year festivities just to put

smile on their faces.

The kids had their turn to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes like

Jollof rice, plain rice, chicken, fish as well as mouth-watering local

foods like banku & okro soup with fish & meat and Dzenkple which were

served with assorted beverages.

The faces of the kids lit up with hope and happiness as they made

merry and danced to soothing music with the families, friends and

invited guests of T.T. Brothers Ltd.

To add colour to the event, there was a dancing competition for both

kids and adults categories.

Mr. Isaac Tetteh, Managing Director of the T.T. Brothers Ltd, tells

Joy News his outfit is committed to putting smiles on faces of the

deprived ones especially within the yuletide season out of pity and

love to reach out to the poor in society.

He said his outfit has been organizing this event for the past twelve

years on the first January of every New Year and also on Easter days

through the support of his business partners abroad and pledged it

will be sustained annually.

"It's a good thing putting a smile on faces of the orphans especially

around this season and my outfit will continue to do it every year.

I've never regretted doing it and will want to do it for the rest of

my life," he emphasized.
