Ghanaian Afropop, dancehall and reggae artiste, Livingstone Etse
Satekla, known on stage as Stonebwoy, says he deserves the Artiste of
the Year.
He made the statement in an interview with Mic Gizo on Showbiz Today on Hitz FM Saturday.
The
dancehall artiste revealed that he has done a lot in the year under
review to win the Ghana Music Award Artiste of the year category and
though his competitors are potential winners the other artistes in the
same category know he deserves it more.
According to him, Mugeez of RBees fame and other artistes support him for the award.
Stonebwoy,
who has been out of the country for some time now, said he had a great
time performing at the Ghana @58 concert in the UK.
He said he has used his performance in the UK to record and shoot a video with fellow artiste ‘Yaa Pono’ and Stylo G.
The dancehall act unveiled that he has moved to the United States for more collaborations, videos and business deals.
