Actress Kisa Gbekle is not relenting on her quest to be one of
Africa's most celebrated movie names.
From a humble beginning in Ghana's movie industry, she is now acting
in Nigeria's Nollywood movie industry.
She is the latest Ghanaian export to cross carpet to Nollywood and has
since been announcing the feat.
Kisa now joins revered names such as Yvonne Nelson, Jackie Appiah,
Nadia Buari, Majid Michel, John Dumelo, Van Vicker and Prince David
Osei among other Ghanaian actors, who have all been acting in Nigerian
movies.
Kisa, who is also a musician, started becoming popular after making an
appearance in the TV series, The Miser.
The actress is a product of the Ghallywood Academy of Film Making and
her movie credit includes Accra Runs, Accra Hustlers, Stand By Me, 8PM
and others.
