I’m Back For Good, Expect More From Me—Says Yaa Yaa (Bertha)

She was off from the music scene for sometime now and she is
back in a grand style!

Winner of the fourth edition of Stars of the Future reality
show, Bertha Bridget Kankam a.k.a Yaa Yaa is back to deliver what she knows
best…

The smooth singing beauty narrated what she has been up to
during her break in an interview with Ike Frimpong on Loud in Gh on Sky Fm
96.7MHz below;

“I released “Kae” after stars of the future and after that I
break to finish school and also done with my National service, I now have a
degree in theatre acts in acting.

Yaa Yaa said she is currently working hard to promote her
new single “Dumb Drum”.

“Dumb Drum is a song that talks about human nature, how we
are quick to judge others and how people try to pull others down in order to
feel quite good about themselves; I have been into such experiences before and
I decided to put it in the song,” she explained.

When asked if “Dumb Drum” is more of a personal song to her,
she uttered;

“Not exactly, most of the time anyone who writes certainly needs
to have the personal side to it but if you are looking at it objectively, you
have to look at the subjective as well-so all combine you write your song.”

Yaa Yaa disclosed that, “So many things are lined up” and
fans should expect more from her in the coming days.
