My Late Mother Inspired Me To Do Music – Hally Wolf

Sunyani-based Hip hop artist, Hally Wolf has disclosed who inspired him to embark on a musical career in a recent interview with the News Hunter Magazine.

According to him, his late mother helped him to lay his musical foundation.

“My mother taught me how to write songs. I can say she build the foundation for me. I was doing gospel at that time…so after church service she always school me through how to write chorus, verses and other things.

“She wanted to do music but time did not allow her.”

Hally Wolf who lost his parents through a car accident said life hasn’t been easy.

When asked why he chose to do Hip hop at the expense of other genres, Hally Wolf answered: “I switched to do hip hop after I received a good feedback when I released a hip hop track titled ‘I am in love’ I released four tracks in twi but the feedback was not all that good…from then I saw that hip hop is in me and I can do.”

The 28-year-old musician told us that he has children at heart—and will do anything to help those who need help.

Hally Wolf is currently promoting his single track ‘Bad Girl’ which featured Captain Swag.
