Fast-rising Ghanaian hip-hop artiste, Kwesi Arthur, has shared an emotional message after losing the ‘Viewers’ Choice: Best New International Act’ at the 2018 edition of Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards.
Following the development, the ‘Grind Day’ hitmaker tweeted: “How can I lose when I came from nothing.”
The award ceremony took place in Los Angeles, USA on June 24, 2018.
He was the only Ghanaian to be nominated this year…and his nomination was well received by Ghanaians as they thronged on the various social media platforms canvassing votes for him.
Whether lose or win, we are hoping to see him soaring higher in the years ahead.
