The Chief Executive Officer of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah, has stated that he is not ready to be a Member of Parliament, despite the calls made by the youth of Kasoa.
However, Nana Appiah said he is committed to creating one million jobs in Ghana within five years.
“I appreciate the call but, I am not enthused about a legislative house member status now. I am committed to creating one million decent jobs in Ghana within five years. Let’s keep our gaze on that and that only,” he wrote on his Twitter page.
The Youth of Kasoa began a campaign for him after they splashed self-financed posters on vehicles and other public places.
Their actions follow his philanthropic work in Kasoa.
Reports indicate that the Zylofon Media CEO is constructing a new palace for the chief of Kasoa and also training some of the youth to be able to take up jobs in factories he wants to construct in the area.
