My Focus On Worldly Music Was Preventing Me From Accepting A Call From God – iOna Reine Asserts

Ghanaian singer, iOna Reine, known as Mercy Onuawonto Sam, has revealed what prevented her from accepting a call from God.

She recently announced that she has repented from her sinful ways.

Following that, iOna has been posting renditions of Gospel songs on her social media pages.

In her interview with Graphic Showbiz that Newshuntermag.com has come across, the Ghanaian singer stated that her focus on worldly songs prevented her from accepting God’s call earlier.

“I made a serious effort to respond to God’s call and to reach out to those who have strayed from Him. Previously, my focus on worldly music did not represent what God wanted from me.

“However, I am now prepared to go full force into producing gospel music. I’ve decided to do music that uplifts people’s spirits so that I can be a useful instrument for my Lord,” iOna Reine said.
