Budding Ghanaian artiste, Divine Criss, has reacted to claims that he is copying Black Sherif.

After releasing his new song, ‘Sika’, some people pointed out the similarities between him and Sherif.

Others asserted that he was copying the style of the ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ composer.

But speaking in a recent interview on Sunyani-based Suncity Radio—which Newshuntermag.com has come across, the Suncity Entertainment Record artiste shot down the assertion.

Stressing his uniqueness, Criss averred: ”I’m unique and versatile and with time, I’ll prove to you how good I am.”

He also sang the praises of Mr Ransford Antwi, the Chief Executive Officer of the Suncity Group of Companies for his decision to support his music career.

“When someone like Mr Antwi decides to invest in you, it tells you there’s something special in you. I’m going to work very hard to justify the confidence reposed in me,” he stated.

Divine Criss is a product of the famous Suncity Recording Studio, a project that seeks to offer the youth of Bono, Bono East and Ahafo a platform to showcase their lyrical talents.
