Kojo Antwi Visits National Chief Imam

Veteran Ghanaian musician, Kojo Antwi has visited the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu on Thursday.

The Maestro disclosed that the reason behind his visit was to pay homage to the Chief Imam who has led an exemplary life—and also celebrated his 100th years in April this year.

“I am here to pay homage to you, Your Eminence on attaining the glorious years of hundred and also to congratulate you for this blessings on you by the Almighty God,” Kojo Antwi reportedly told Sheikh Osman as published by citinewsroom.com.

He expressed how honoured he was for meeting the Chief Imam for the second time at his residence.

 “My first time here was many years ago when I needed you to support a project I embarked upon to raise funds for the victims of the spillage of the dam in the north. You willingly supported with a campaign message, and I am happy to be here again,” said Kojo Antwi.

“This won’t be my last and I pray to the Almighty God to continue to give you good health and long life so that we can continue to visit you.”

The Chief Imam showered prayers on Kojo Antwi and called upon Allah to grant him more years on earth.

The music icon was invited to the launch of the biography of the Chief Imam which is expected to come off in Accra next month.
