Citi FM/TV’s Michael Sarpong Mfum Crowned Best Health Reporter At Maiden BA GJA Awards

Citi FM and Citi TV’s Michael Sarpong Mfum has been crowned as the best health reporter at the maiden edition of BA GJA awards.

The astute journalist was honoured based on his stories: “Bechem
Government Hospital relies on taxis to refer patients” and “Babies die at St. Theresa’s hospital over lack of incubator.”

The award scheme was instituted to honour hard-working Journalists who have excelled in their respective fields in the Bono, Bono East and Ahafo Regions.

The event themed: “Promoting Responsible Mining; The Role Of The Media” took place at the Eusbett International Conference Center in Sunyani on Saturday, July 27, 2019.
