Veteran radio presenter, Shatar Rashid, well known as Mr Tarr, has called it quits with Sunyani-based Suncity Radio.
The astute presenter has been off from work for some time now.
Currently, a lot of speculations have surfaced about his resignation from one of the best radio stations in the Bono, Bono East and the Ahafo Regions-Suncity Radio 97.1 FM.
A phone call placed to him by www.newshuntermag.com has given us a lead about the viral suppositions.
Mr Tarr (DJ Tarr), who was the host of Suncity Radio’s Drive Time program, confirmed his break from the station in a phone conversation with News Hunter Magazine.
He stated that he amicably discussed with his employer before deciding to leave the station to pursue other endeavours.
Mr Tarr, also known as BA’s Supreme Selector averred his next level of action will be communicated to the public and his fans at the right time.
He joined Suncity Radio from Ark FM after his long stint with Space FM—and he worked with Suncity Radio for about seven (7) years before his exit.
