Popular Ghanaian musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, known in showbiz as Shatta Wale, has explained why DKB cannot make it to heaven.
He indicated that Ghanaian comedian-Derrick Kobina Bonney, well known as DKB, will miss heaven because his jokes are not funny.
Shatta Wale told DJ Reuben in an interview on Nhyira FM in Kumasi that if DKB cannot make Jesus laugh with his jokes, then there is no way He [Jesus] will allow him to be in heaven.
The renowned musician made these remarks after he was asked about which Ghanaian comedian he will be surprised to meet in heaven.
He further mentioned OB Amponsah as a skilled comedian who can make it to heaven—looking at how deep his jokes are.
DKB and Shatta Wale are close pals—so I cannot wait to know how he [DKB] will react to this. Shatta Wale himself seems to be more than a comedian—Haha!
