While musicians in the Bono, Bono East and Ahafo Regions are mostly blaming the media and others for not supporting them, a Media Personality, Qwedjoe Mayopia, has given them priceless advice.
In a post sighted by Newshuntermag.com, Mayopia, who plies his trade with Adars FM in Kintampo, advised musicians in these regions to embrace change.
He emphasized that their ways of doing family and friends’ music won’t take them anywhere.
Qwedjoe Mayopia averred it will be difficult for them to achieve positive results if they continue to do things anyhow.
He wrote on Facebook: “Dear B/A musicians and music lovers, that family and friends music you dey do can’t take us far. Show love, build up a strong team around with the dream of making more connections with the people that matters most in your career.
“There’s nothing called you are talented. It is call[ed] hard working. The family and friends music thing is not flying, is not taking us anywhere. Change the way and follow who know [the] road
Don’t just do things anyhow. Treat your music as a company and see how things will roll. There must be a change Mr. Music man.”
