Outspoken Ghanaian radio presenter and musician, Abubakar Ahmed, well known as Blakk Rasta, has reiterated that the results of the 2020 general elections in the country were not credible.
He bemoaned over how the Electoral Commission failed despite the huge funds they had to conduct the elections.
Blakk Rasta added that those who think the election was credible and are celebrating the victory of a certain winner must be crazy.
“What is happening in this country? If your own EC that had never been funded like it has been funded this time can come out not once and not twice to tell you time and again that there were discrepancies and figures have become nothing but chameleon figures changing colors every now and then, and you still have the guts to hold on to the results and say it is credible enough for you to celebrate a certain winner (then) you must be crazy,” he was quoted to have said in a report made by Mynewsghana.
Blakk Rasta’s comment comes after the National Democratic Congress (NDC) rejected the results—citing unfairness and other things–when NPP’s Nana Akufo-Addo was declared as the winner.
