Renowned Ghanaian music producer, Zapp Mallet, known in private life as Emmanuel Mallet, has revealed how difficult it is for married men to be in showbiz.
During an interview with Hammer Nti on Pure FM in Kumasi, Zapp Mallet said being in showbiz won’t be easy for married men whose wives do not understand their job.
“Being a married man at the same time in the show business is a hard thing especially. The woman should understand you. The woman would have to understand you but if it doesn’t happen that way, it becomes a big hustle,” he stated.
“However, if you have a woman who understands your job, then you are lucky,” he added.
The veteran music producer explained that some women find it difficult to understand their men when they do not have time for the family.
Zapp Mallet further stated: “In that state of your life, everybody would like to have something from you, if not the fans, it’s an artiste, if not an artiste then it obviously an executive producer.”
