Ghanaian musician, Stonebwoy has reportedly met privately with some reps of VGMA.
His meeting with them comes after he complained about their failure to meet or communicate with their reps before lifting the ban placed on Shatta Wale and him via a post on Twitter.
Some few days ago Stonebwoy twitted: “Dear VGMA Board & Scheme organisers, I hear the purpose of the VGMA is to celebrate and project Ghanaian musicians and music. If that is so, it takes nothing from you to meet with us the artistes/our reps b4 reaching decisions that affect us and communicating them to the public.
“The right to be heard is a principle that applies in every noble society. Even the all seeing God, who had already seen and knew all that Adam and Eve did in the Garden of Eden, still made sure he heard them before he took action against them. #IfTheySoDesire really???”
Following this, Kwame Rasta, a member of Stonebwoy’s team has disclosed on Hitz FM that he has had a meeting with reps of the organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
According to him, it’s likely that Stonebwoy will have resolutions with them following the meeting.
Below is an audio of his assertion.
